1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your jw899 wallet. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits displayed within your account dashboard, which may vary based on payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. jw899 will not accept requests to void or amend bets on the grounds of member error after confirmation.

5.2 Odds and Markets

5.3 Settlement of Bets

In the event of a dispute regarding a result, jw899's decision, made in good faith with reference to the official result, is final.

5.4 Void Bets

jw899 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared;
• The bet was placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement;
• There is clear evidence that the odds were published in error;
• The bet forms part of a pattern of suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent betting activity.

Voided bets are returned to the member's account at stake value only.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

jw899 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day across all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. jw899 is not obligated to pay any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jw899 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings remain non-withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free bets that are not used prior to the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. It is the member's responsibility to be aware of the expiry terms applicable to any bonus credited to their account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jw899. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Suspension & Account Closure

11.2 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your jw899 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by jw899 — all pending bets that were placed before the closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules.
